Authentication problems

Dear all;

I've bought a Netgear WN1000RP and went through the setup procedures. The configuration seems to be ok, since the _EXT lan was created, however, when trying to connect devices to that _EXT lan, the authentication would never conclude. When I try connecting from my PC, it shows the limited/ no connectivity error. When I try from my iPhone/ iPad it would just keep scanning after typing the password but I'd get no authentication either.

Could somebody help?
