Best Option to Wired Backhaul Extend my Wifi Network (XR500)
I am running an Xr500 connect to my fiber modem, and it is my main wifi network. I am getting poor performance downstairs, and I have ethernet run through the house.
What product should I buy to EXTEND the network, not via mesh, using a wired backhaul?
Ex7000, 8000? Another XR500?

Re: Best Option to Wired Backhaul Extend my Wifi Network (XR500)
If you're using a wired backhaul, any of those will work.
The only thing I'd advise is that when used with a wired backhaul (in ap mode) smart roaming features are disabled. Your devices will still roam based off their own protocols but it isn't as efficient as the smart roaming options.
