I have a Nighthawk AC1900 modem router and I would like to find a range extender to extend the distance I can use the signal (ie backyard, shed etc). I dont want to waste my money buying an extender which has capabilities I wont need given the router I have. Can anyone recommend an ideal extender/mesh unit that would be well suited to my existing modem/router (AC1900)? I will mostly be sztreaming media on mobile devices and a smart TV and have a broadband connection.
