Hi, I have the above extender, it has connected to my router and all of the lights are correct but when I try to connect to it using my computer or pad, it says the password is wrong, please help??

Try to log on your main router and then go to www.mywifiext.net and log in with admin/password and they try to change the wireless password. If you can not connect to that web page you may need to connect a PC to the extender via ethernet and try again.
