Hi. I've got a 5-6 year old N300 range extender that has served me well. However, I can't seem to get the admin page to load. I'm on the same wi-fi network as the extender, and I've tried using both http://10.0.0.5 and the www_mywifiext_net domain. Using the IP address results in a timeout, and using the domain results in getting the error message "You are not connected to your extender's WiFi network" and a generic support splash page. I've tried both Chrome and Edge with similar results. The extender is definitely working (I'm connected to it right now), but I just can't administer it. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks in advance.

try logging into whatever router you have and look at its attached devices page. Use that to find the IP address for the extender and use that to connect to it.

Re: Can't access/load the admin page (N300 Range Extender)
Thanks for that suggestion. I found the IP of the extender on my main router and I was able to log into the admin screen of the extender using that IP address. I will change the assignment of the extender from DHCP to Reserved IP so I don't have to go thru that again.
Thanks again. -Ray
