Can't access the router login page (EX6200)
Hi everyone! So I own an EX6200 that has been working fine for the last year. And a few days ago, it lost connection to my ISP's router/modem. No big deal, I just set it up again, as an Access Point, just as I did before. It was all fine, the connection was working again. But for some reason now I can't access the login page, so i can't configure my EX6200 anymore. I usually logged in using the IP assigned by my ISP's router. But now I can't find a way to access it. If I try to use the default login page (http://mywifiext.com/ or http://mywifiext.net/), I always get this message "YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO YOUR EXTENDER’S WIFI NETWORK. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CURRENT CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN.", even though I'm connected via ethernet to my EX6200.
What can I do? Can someone help?
Thanks!

Re: Can't access the router login page (EX6200)
I'm having the same problem and it is very frustrating. Cannot connect to the geni or to the IP address given. Not from safari or chrome. not from cell phone. I've tried everything on the troubleshooting page: connecting via ethernet and applying a static IP address to my computer. I've reset the extender.
I tried calling customer service. phone just rings. then I'm asked to leave a voicemail?????
Very confusing!!!

Re: Can't access the router login page (EX6200)
You may want to try a factory reset of the extender and set it up again this should allow you to access the GUI page again.
