Can't create account after reset WIFI range extender

Hi guys,

I updated the framework of my wifi extender to lastest version two days ago and reset the extender. After going to setup wizard, it ask me to create a new account. I typed all the infomation without any error tips, but when I clicked the "Next" button, nothing happened.

My wifi range extender is EX6200|AC1200 Dual Band.

Does anyone meet this problem before or know how to solve this problem? Thanks a lot!!!

    Hi bthcw, 

     

    Can you confirm that you are using your MyNETGEAR credentials to login or have you tried logging in with the default admin credentials listed below. 

     

    Username: admin

    Password: password
