Are you trying to connect to the extenders wireless or are you trying to log into the extender's user interface?
Have you setup the extender?
What are all the led's on it doing? (describe each one, color/blinking)
How did you setup the extender? Did you set it up via wps or did you set it up manually?
have you tried manually reinstalling it? You can factory reset if by pushing reset while powered up for 7-10 seconds until the lights change. Then try following the manual reinstall guide.
