I got 2 adaptors plp1200 and i want to add the EX2700-100PAS to them so i can have wi-fi in another room. Can the EX2700-100PAS be added to the existing PLP1200 and allow me to get wi-fi?

It would be ugly, but it is possible. You'd need to use the EX2700 in AP mode, and connect an ethernet cable between the PLP1200 to the EX2700. If you are already using the PLP1200 ethernet port, you'd need to put in a small switch.
A PLW1000v2 would be a better option. It would connect to the PLP1200 powerline network directly and provide wifi. You'd probably end up with a PL1000v2 that you don't really need, but the overall solution would be much simpler.

Re: Can the EX2700-100PAS be added to my PLP1200
Ok maybe i've poorly describe what i want to do. I bought the PLP1200 thinking i would be able to get wi-fi to a room and since the PLP1200 is not to broadcast wi-fi i end up not having wi-fi in my room (which was the need in the first place). Since i connot return the PLP1200 to the store i want to keep them and buy a module to give me wi-fi to a room.
What equipement would work with my actual PLP1200 to give me wi-fi in a room.

The EX2700 can connect to the PLP1200, you need to power it and connect it to the PLP1200's ethernet port.
I'd suggest a tabletop model extender unstead of a wall-plug because the PLP1200 is already taking up an outlet. Also, you will get better performance with most of the tabletop models. Maybe an EX6200.
