I reset the password for my network and apple tower. Now I cannot access the Netgear wi-fi ext with either the old or new password. How do I reset, reconfigure, or simply access the ext?

Hi @sanyikos,
Locate reset hole at the side of your extender and reset it by holding it for 30 seconds when your extender is powered up. Once reset is completed, allow the extender to get ready where power LED must turn solid Green. Then follow any of below instructions to setup the extender with your new router.
