Cannot access seup utility - WN2500RP

I am unable to access the setup utility on my NETGEAR WN2500RP. I have tried http://www.mywifiext.net, http://www.mywifiext.com and the IP 192.168.1.250 and the extender always brings me to the NETGEAR Genie and it starts searching for my router. It never asks me for the user id and password. I have rebooted numerous times with the same result - no setup utility.

Any assistance is appreciated.
