Cannot connect EX6110 AC1200 to my router
Purchased a NETGEAR WiFi extender EX6110 today (1/4/21) and I have spent hours struggling to set it up. I tried and completely failed to set up using WPS, did not work at all despite numerous attempts. Then tried manually via mywifiext, which connected initially but there's no internet connection. I have tried resetting several times but no luck where I get stuck at the Scanning for router band stage. Is there a number that I can call to speak with someone? I have spent all day thumbing through the forum for help.
If there is no one to speak to, I will just have to return the product back to Walmart where I purchased the extender.
Thank you
.

to talk to support, click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an acount and the device. From there you can contact support.
what router do you have that you're trying to connect to?
