Cannot connect EX700 to router

Hi,

I bought the EX3700 and the WPS option doesnt work, to connect to the router. I tried the "Connect with Web Browser Setup" option but when I connect to the recomended website, it says I'm not connected to my extender's WiFi network. What network manager should I use to connect to it.?

what router ar eyou connecting it to? 

Have you tried hardwiring a pc/laptop into the extender for setup? If you do, make sure to disable wifi on the pc/laptop so it doesn't default back to that connection
