Cannot connect new extender to router, says wrong password. Password is correct. I have logged out of router on my iphone and connected back with the password.

does you password use any special characters or spaces? if so, remove them. Also, shut off any autofill options while going through setup/ssid/password changes. Autofills are great at overwriting what you've already put in.
Did you set it up via wps or the smart connection wizard? If one fails, try the other. not all manufacturers code the wps function properly.

Mine does exactly them same, router, power and WPS lights steady green. Password is definitely correct as I did the “forget network” and reconnected fine from my iPhone. I can’t setup using a browser as it won’t connect to the extender for me to do the mywifiext as per page 9 of the manual. Any advice?
