Cannot connect to EX6200v2
Hi there. I have a EX6200v2. It's been working for a long time as WiFi range extender. I recently tried to change it to an Access Point. I unplugged it, moved it to a new room, connected to it ok then changed it according to the manual's instructions. After clicking ok, the "Updating settings, please wait, this may take up to a minute" wheel began to turn, and stuck at turning. I left it 20 minutes and the wheel was still turning. I closed my browser and since then, I have been unable to connect. I've reset the router via the hardware method several times but I have been unable to connect to the mywifiext url or 198.168.1.250 with Edge or Chrome or Safari, by Wifi or by cable. The extender will not connect by WPS to my home router. I've cleared cache settings on my browsers. Nothing.
A cabled connection from my HP laptop shows a solid white light and blinking orange. My Windows Ethernet status shows bytes being sent a received. The "Device to Extender" LED on the extender is not lit.
Any guidance appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Cannot connect to EX6200v2
When you reset, did you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds when power on? The lights should change when held long enough.
Then don't hit wps. See if it starts broadcasting the stock ssid

Re: Cannot connect to EX6200v2
Yes, I did that each time I reset the extender and each time the lights did change. And the SSID was visible.
Since I wrote the post, the admin front page appeared in Edge. I did try clearing the cache again in between times.
I have now successfully configured the device as an AP. However, shortly afterwards, my virgin media router appeared to stop working and so I switched off the AP and restarted the virgin router.
I’ve now switched the AP back on. If a problem reoccurs, I’ll reply here.
