I cannot connect any wireless device to the range extender, when I enter the password on my device it will not accept it. The extender is in the same room as my router and connects to the router ok, with a solid green light. The router is WAP enabled. I am using the same password as I do for my normal wifi, I have tried both the 2 and 5GHZ networks and no sucess. I have checked the password time and time again and tried on different devices, incluing phone, laptop and ipad. Any help appreciated.

Try to log into the extender by going to www.mywifiext.net then try to change the password for the wireless extender. Then see if any devices can connect with the new password.
