Cannot connect wirelessly to my EX7000

Over night I suddenly cannot connect to my extender. I have the current firmware (V1.0.1.94_1.0.172) installed. Wired connections are great, but my computer will not connect to the WIFI and my phone says unable to authenticate connection. Help.

Have you tried factory resetting it and reinstalling it? 

What router is it connected to?

Yes. After a few frustrating days troubleshooting, I finally broke down and called Netgear. Turns out, it's broken. They're sending me a new one.

Tech support has been a nightmare though. I'm now on hold trying to figure out if they ARE going to send me a new one, even though the device is within the warraty period.  Omg...so hate this.
