My Nighthawk mesh router needs a firmware update but I cannot do this from the app. The app prompts me to go to loginrouter.com, and when I do that, there is no option to update the firmware. I googlesd instructions on how to manually do it from a browers, but after completing all the steps it tells me it can only be from FROM the app.
I'd highly recommend against updating via the app. When we see corrupt firmware issues, it tends to be when people have updated over wifi or using the app.
What error are you getting when you try the manual update? Or where is the process breaking down (screen snips help)
