I cant connect to my WN2000RPT.
The LED "Extender Status" is blinking.
I have tried to connect by wifi and cable but I can not connect to the extender.
I also done a factory reset but the LED still blinks.
What is wrong with my extender?

are any other lights on?
have you tried a 30/30/30 reset? Push and hold reset for 30 seconds while powered on, power it down and continue to hold reset for 30 seconds, power it back on while still holding reset for 30 more seconds? Don't let off the reset during any of the period.
Try that first.
if that doesn't work, then you might have a corrupt firmware issue. You could try tftp/nmrpflash to recover it.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
