How do I change the access password to my extender so my family can't use my signal

You would need to log into the extender while connected to it at www.mywifiext.net then login withe admin/password if that was not changed. There you should see wireless settings and be able to change the wireless password.

You will have to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then set up the extender again with the default login of admin/password

i am trying to change the password on my extender but when i go to log in to netgear it tells me my username or password is incorrect. i just changed my password (i forgot the origonal one) and when it asks me 2 security questions i cant remember the answer to the second one. so how can i get logged in to change my extender password?
