Configuring DG834Gv3 as an access point

Question

I've got a spare one of these that I'd like to configure as an additional access point (different SSID) on my network. I'm ok with most of the setup but not sure about DHCP ranges. My primary router is using 1.64 to 1.253. When I configure the Netgear do I need to specify a separate DHCP range for clients that connect via it? Thanks for your help.

DG834G is not access point.  It is supper -g ,802.11G router..Belongs to http://forum1.netgear.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34Repost Thread isolated bases on products and not network type
