Connected to Extender, but no Internet

I've set up my wifi extender and get solid green lights, however when I attempt to establish an internet connection my device says no internet.

I've done a factory reset and connected via WPS and manual set-up with the same outcome.

Anyone have any ideas please?

I had mine since July 2018, worked no issues then suddenly I’ve got the issue you have with the extended not connecting to the internet. I’ve got no answers. About ready to trash mine.

Reset the extender by holding the reset button for +10 seconds and join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network.  After you connect to it, browse to www.mywifiext.net and follow the setup instructions.
