Connected to Extender, but no Internet

• Can access the net gear wifi extender but no internet access through it
• Using a BT hub 6

What setup method did you use? did you try to set up the extender next to the router then move the extender? Have you tried to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds?

i managed to get access by logging on to genie and config from there, but since wanted to add a second extender and now both are saying no internet access?

pls help?

Did you try to unplug the first extender then set up the second one then plug them both in?
