Connected to router but no internet using wifi

Hi,

 

I have been using the WN3000RP V1 H2 for a couple of years with my BT Home Hub but a couple of days ago I lost internet connection. The network appears and says it's connected but that's all. I have tried resetting the device to factory settings and unplugging everything a couple of times. I can access the internet when plugged in using a cable but no with wifi.

 

Please can you help, thanks.

Hi @dbrom,

                   Did you checked for firmware version if any?
