Plugged in for the first time and its showing up on devices under our current wifi name but won't accept our password. Everything I've read says we need to connect to the extenders wifi first. But this isn't showing up as an option on any device.

did you install it using wps or using the installation wizare?
What router are you connecting it to?
Current setup: CM2000-> RBE973S-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80 1.4gig download/100mbps upload from Xfinity We’re members of the public helping out on our own time.
