Connection problems
My PC, and devices can see the extender but won't connect. The PC says there is a problem connecting, the ipad says wrong password, and my android phone says authentification problem. Please can you advise? All lights on the extender are green except the client LED.

Re: Connection problems
Hi kanda81,
Which router and extender are you using? Please try resetting your WiFi extender to factory defaults
To do this, Press and hold the Factory Settings button on the side panel for 7 seconds.

Re: Connection problems
sorry for late response. We are using N300 WiFi range extender model WN3000RPv3 and Technicolour Gateway Wireless Settings router. We returned to factory settings but this did not work. The client LED is not lit. None of our devices can connect wirelessly to the extender but all list it. The PC is windows 7.
regards

Re: Connection problems
Afterr resetting the WN3000RPv3 to factory defaults, connect to its network.
It should be "NETGEAR_EXT" . Then open your internet browser and go to mywifiext.net
Proceed with the onscreen setup.
There is also the option of setting up your extender through WPS.
Please refer to the installation manual: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/WN3000RPV3/WN3000RPv3_IG_8Jul14.pdf
