DSL Modem in DGN1000 Not Working
I recently got a NetGear DGN1000 to replace a standalone working DSL modem. My standalone DSL modem still works, but it has no wireless and only a single ethernet port. So I know that my DSL service is working because it works with my old modem. However, I have been unable to get online when I plug my cables into the NetGear DGN1000 DSL modem/wireless access point.
Here are the settings from my old DSL modem:
PVC0
VPI - 0
VCI - 35
Encapsulation - 1483 Bridged IP LLC
ADSL Mode - Multimode
Annex Type: ANNEX A/L
On my NetGear, I only found the following settings in the admin console (under 'Setup' -> 'ADSL Settings':
Multiplexing Method - options are VC-based or LLC-Based (neither work)
VPI - 0
VCI - 35
DSL Mode - Auto (Multi-mode)
Are there any settings that I need to change or diagnostics that I should run?
Thanks.

Re: DSL Modem in DGN1000 Not Working
Some ISP are specific to the device that only work with their branded firmware etc. So if you purchased the retail unit you may have an issues.
First is to call ISP and ask if these router should work or not.
Aslo some DSL modem/gateway can be setup setup as Bridge mode (ASK ISP on how to) and just installed regular wireless router instead
