The device light lights up when something is connected to it. Do you have a device connected to it?

You put the other lights are ok. What color are they?

Not sure why this says problem solved but I'm having the exact same issue. My device light has always been on until today. I keep 3 devices connected to it; however, now my connections work for short periods of time. For streaming, every 10-20 minutes I drop service and have to recast. So, is the light going out a warning sign that the device likely needs to b stripped down or replaced?
