You can check the stability of your Internet connection by bypassing the router and connection your computer straight to your ISP's modem and see if the issue occurs. If it does, we recommend contacting your ISP.

Yes, most, if not all NETGEAR extenders work with other home routers that use the same wireless standard.

I have a r7000 router, Do you think I need to upgrade if , 1) my PS4 is saying no connection 2) everyone in the family is asking what happen to the internet or 3) should I upgrade my internet speed.

Hi @Daddysmell,

1. Please make sure that the PS4 is connected to the network either via WiFi or Ethernet.

2. If you are experiencing frequent disconnects, please make sure that the connection from your ISP's modem is stable.

3. That stability/reliability of your Internet connection may not be related to your subscription speed.

Still having the problem. 
 I thing I need to upgrand my router. I have several wifi device plus I just add 4 more that run off of Hotspot or I have to us my phone as one.
