EAX15
Ethernet port does not work , just wifi , everyphing new . Device connected directly to router works fine . What can I do ?

A few more details might help.
1. what firmware is on the extender?
2. what router is the extender connected to?
3. is the extender setup in extender mode or access point mode? (if AP mode, it should be hardwired to the router)
4. What method of setup did you use? WPS? The installation assistant? The app?

None of the above helps.It worked 2 weeks after they remotely did something ( it was under warranty ) . Now netgear ask to pay to fix the problem. Is this right ?
