EAX20 Wi-Fi Extender cannot communicate with RAX40 Router
Hello,
I've been having trouble with my extender communicating with my router.
Every time, doesn't matter if I use the Nighthawk App or Web interface, I lose overall Wi-Fi (main SSID disappears, only extender network is broadcasting, but no internet)
Furthermore, my extender can no longer link with my router. If I hardwire LAN into the router, internet is perfect, but no Wi-Fi. If I reboot my router with the extender disconnected, business as usual, Wi-Fi is perfect.
I've also tried factory resetting my router and extender on the latest firmware with no luck.
Anyone having the same issue? Would love some feedback. Thanks.
Router: RAX 40, Firmware: 1.0.5.104
Extender: EAX20, Firmware: 1.0.1.64
