EAX80 Access Point Mode Limited to 90Mbps
I have the EAX80 and it never did a good job extended. I ran a CAT-6 Cable and switched the EAX80 over to an access point. I scanned the wireless networks and picked the best available channels for 2.4/5Ghz. I configured myself this go around to make sure I could get the fastest internet over my fiber to the dhouse. I do have WiFi6 and get speeds close to 400Mbps over it and was hoping to get the same, but immediately found out I am limited to 90Mbps on both channels. I even shut off the 2.4 to see if I got a faster speed on the 5Ghz, but still limited? I have messed with the limited settings and ran the firmware updates and still no speed pick up. Did I just get a bad device to begin with? Anyone else have a fix for this?

Re: EAX80 Access Point Mode Limited to 90Mbps
Move it next to the router and connect it with a known good cat 5e or greater cable.
I've seen sketchy cables drop the gigabit connection to 10/100mbps.
So test with a good cable.
