EAX80 Extender & CAX80 Router: Some IoT Devices Dropping Connection
I have a EAX80 extender for our three story home and it solved the issue with two dead spots at the front of the house opposite of the router but sometimes random devices will drop signal like our roomba and printer. I have smart connect enabled on the extender.
I don't know if it's the devices trying to switch between networks and failing. Is there a way I can configure which devices use which network?
Here is the layout:

Re: EAX80 Extender & CAX80 Router: Some IoT Devices Dropping Connection
To configure which device uses which network, you'd need to disable the mesh features so you could select which to use. Otherwise it uses the devices own roaming protocols to let the device choose which to connect to
Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
