Hi, We have been using our extender fine for just over 12 months. This week we are struggling to maintain the internet on all devices when connected to the extender ( android phones and 2 laptops). The signal comes in and out intermittently with the device light fluctuating between green and orange/red. We have no problems with any device when connected directly to our main router, only when connected to the extender. When looking at the phones Wi-Fi settings it says 'connected,no internet ', which makes me think it is an issue in transmitting the signal rather than connecting to the router.
Any ideas for a non techie would be apprieciated, Many thanks Vickie
