Hello, I've just installed the extender, all lights are green, so I'm connected to the router. When I try to connect with laptop or my phone, it connects with a green light for a few seconds then disconnects. What am I doing wrong??? Thanks for help
Did you install using the WPS (push button) method?
If so, factory reset the extender and try installing it using the installation assistant. WPS doesn't always get coded the same and can cause issues. This is where the installation assistant comes in.
