EX2700 Not seeing my wifi

I have followed the steps to install my EX2700 but when doing the set up the extender is not seeing my home wifi. Any tips?

Hello jboege23

 

Have you tried to connect the extender both ways using WPS or manual connect? also make sure you main router is using WPA2 security.
