EX2700 - Strange MAC address and Static IP

I have this random MAC address 12:DA:43:04:71:06 Static IP 211.152.149.103 on a 2.4 wireless connection on my router.  I did not set it up. When I deny access to that MAC the Netger EX2700 extender stops working.  The MAC address of the Extender is 10:DA:43:05:71:06

Do you know what might cause this?

The IP says it’s related to TenCent, the gaming company. 

A search on the MAC address shows no  manufacturer.  

I want to be sure it's not an exploit.

Hi @Daayv, did you check if it was the virtual MAC of the extender?
