EX2700 can not "see" my router Network

My EX 2700 extender was working nicely with my TP-Link Archer C9. It stopped connecting after I made a reboot of my router. The extender keeps failing to make a connection through WPS. When using the Netgear setup webpage, the extender can "see" all my neighbors home networks but not mine!
I have a spare brand new EX3700 which I tried to use but I faced the same problem.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks

What 2.4ghz wireless channel is the C9 broadcasting on?
Try changing it to 1-6-11.

Re: EX2700 can not "see" my router Network
That did it. I had switched to ch.13 to help reduce interference from neighbors 😅.
Thank you very much for your help.
