EX2700 connects to router but doesn't show up in Network

I bought a Netgear Wifi Extender almost a year ago and until recently it worked great.  Now suddenly it connects to the router, however does not show up in the Networks listed for wifi on any device.  What gives?

Have you tried to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds then try to set up the extender again?
