We recently had some electrical work to our home and the extender, which had been working fine disappeared from our network.
I habe done a factory reset and tried to set up again from scratch.
WPS works fine, however, when I try to enter the main Wifi password into _EXT extender network it does not recognise the password.
As it will not accespt the password it shows as I am not connected when I try to use the mywifi.net installation assistant.
Please help, we need this extender for the CCTV for my disabled daughter

Fixed it.
I got the IP address from my router to access my providers portal.
From there I could get the IP address of the EX2700 extender.
I entered the IP address into my browser which brought up the netgear setup wizard which worked fine and we're all connected again and the we can make sure my daughter is ok through the night.
