EX2700 no connection to device

my wifi extender is installed en connected, but I can not connect from any device to the extender. Who can help?

What firmware is on the extender?

What router are you connecting to? Firmware on it?

How do you know its connected? 

What are the led's on it doing? (list them all, color, blinking, solid, etc)

If you hardwire into the extender with an ethernet cord, does it work?
