EX2700 trouble with devices attempting to connect

Hello,

my name is Luca and I live in Italy. About three years ago I purchase a WiFi extender to be able to connect to my home network from a room which was not covered by the router.

It worked great till a couple of day ago when all devices connected to the network were connected to the extender but with no internet connection.

The phone (Samsung A51) provided this alarm:

It was not possible to obtain the IP address.

I factory reset it and I've been able to reconfigure it connecting to my laptop (MAC) via network cable and using 192 IP address (as mywifiext.local was not working)

I ended up with the extender connected to the network, fulkl signal BUT with no device connected to it as no internet is present.

Any hint?
