All green signal except internet speed now 30 mbps from 100 mbps.
Do I have to exhange now to 1200 mbps model instead of this upto 300mbps and this product can only go to 30 mbps testing the speed on speedtest.net.

Re: EX2700, wifi range extender made my internet speed go slower from 100 mbps to 30mbps using N300
Its a limitation with how extenders function and with the basics of 2.4ghz.
Single and dual band extenders by their very nature drop throughput (speed) 50%. Reason this happens is they have to go router--->extender and then extender---->device using the same chip. And that chip can't do both at once.
the triband extenders have a dedicated 5ghz backhaul to get around this.
Plus 2.4ghz is a slow network.
I'd advise reading a few reviews on extenders for an understanding of their true performance and expectations.
Here's some on the N300 devices.
