I am the orginal owner try getting it to work few months a go through the wps button but the telus modem doesn't have it tryed other ways around this gave up just try again all day through the assistant way but it claim it already has a user name and password witch I don't know same with the security question answers and resetting didn't work

Hello Draven19 - Factory reset the extender by pressing on the small black button using a pin for 15+ seconds then join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network using a phone or laptop. After you connect to the NETGEAR_EXT network with your phone or laptop, browse to www.mywifiext.net and follow the setup instructions.
