EX3700 My device light isn’t popping up but it was before..

So I moved my room around the other day and I plugged in my wifi range extender and everything was fine. All the lights were green. It was a good day. Next day comes around, around the afternoon I go on my computer and notice I don’t have internet. I look at my range extender and there’s no light on the DEVICE section. I’ve tried everything. I’ve taken it out multiple times to see if overheating was the problem but nope. Even switched the ethernet cord to see if the wrong end was in the wifi range extender. Nope. I went on my computer and it says there was no problems with the range extender. I’m just beyond confused and need some help.

Are you able to connect to it wirelessly and work?

The device light just indicates a devices is connected to it. 

If the only device connected was a hardwired computer and something is wrong with the cord/computer, it won't light up. 

so try connecting to it via wireless. And try connecting a different device to it with a different cord.
