My EX3700 worked well for 12 months, then last week when I connected a device to it, my device said I had no internet connection. All lights on the EX3700 werer showing green.
I swithed it off then on again, all lights came back green, but still no internet.
I switched it off and on again, all green lights, then set it up again using my web browser. Worked perfectly and finished with the diagram showing a connection from my device back to the internet. Disconnected from the EX3700, reattached it on the new newwork at 2.4Ghz, my device says no internet.
Restored the EX3700 to factory settings, started a new setup, all went well with no errors or problems, got the successful completion message and diagram and all green lights. Attached my device to the new network, still no internet. Attached my device to my home rouiter/network,. all working well,
tried contacting Netgear, but free warranty ran out the day before my call.
What can I do as the device shows no errors, all lights green, but no internet?
