EX3700 Red Light never changes color
Extender is plugged in 2 feet from router and the red light never changes color. Tried resetting power button several times, no change. Moved the extender to another plug in same room, still red li...
Sorry, I wasn't clearer. I haven't gotten past the POWER light. The Power light remains red. No other lights are on.
I would try factory resetting the device. Hold the reset button for 7-10 seconds. give it a couple minutes to fully boot and then try to do the install guide.
If that doesn't work, I'd follow the tftp instructions I linked to.
