EX3700 - Unable to join the network 2Ghz

Really hope you can help!

I have an EX3700 and for some reason I have to reset it every time I connect to it. It used to work ok but for the past six weeks it either says I'm unable to join the network or that there's no internet connection.

Does anyone know why and how to fix it? I don't know whether to just throw the netgear away and buy a different product? It would help if I could email someone at the company.

Also, my PS4 cannot find or connect to the 5GHz link. Is that normal? I wanted to connect the two as I run my laptops through the 2GHz already and wanted to create a seperate link for the PS4/Netflix.
