I JUST BOUGHT MY EX3700 EXTENDER AND I CALLED NETGEAR FOR HELP SETTING UP THE EXTENDER, I GOT HELP SETTING IT UP AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE $350.00 AND THAT WOULD GET ME LIFE TIME COVERAGE ON MY EXTENDER, IS THIS RIGHT OR DID I GET THE WRONG INFORMATION.
