EX3700
Attempted to update my extender. Immediately lost the network and the only light on is a blinking green light for power. Reseting it does nothing. Turning off and on does nothing. Unplugging and leaving it unplugged does nothing.
From previous chains I've seen that the update is the problem and I need to do a manual update over ethernet to solve it. Problem is I work with Macs and I can't find a single thread that properly goes through the steps of setting it up correctly to do a manual update. Please help. I need step by step instructions for Mac and so far none of the Netgear pages do a thorough job going through all the steps necessary.
Thank you so much.

Re: EX3700
try reading this thread. Its for a mac and is about doing it to a r7000. The process should be the same for your ex.
